After much research I decided to use B&Q for the purchase of new wood work surfaces for my kitchen. Once I had located the items I asked for help. I then stood waiting for 10 minutes after asking a further two times to see if someone was coming. I was going to spend a considerable sum, but will go elsewhere.....I will not use the Darlington store again!! On the way out I passed four members of staff chatting with each other! Business is obviously that good you can be selective!!
Poor service, poor staff, a managerial review would probably be in order!!!
