Am a holder of a Diamond Club discount card. Read t&c's which says 10% discount applies to items available to take home (i.e. available in store) . This was confirmed by the sales assistant..Bought a shower door plus vinyl flooring total cost c£380.
On paying expected a discount of £38. Actual discount was £9. Discount was not applicable to shower door even though this was a store stocked item. At best this is poorly worded t&c's and poorly trained staff or simply a con.
