Ordered a bathroom via their homefit service.
What should have been a 1 week job turned into a 5 week job purely because of B&Q's incompetence. Items were just not delivered, or the wrong items were delivered, or they were broken. The contractors drilled through a gas pipe. The contractors lost our keys. I would happily spend a lot more money next time to just go somewhere else.
