I am a current customer and have had just but good experiences buying at B&Q Durham but this evening Keith and Nico made feel very welcome; they not just explained in detail when answering a couple of questions I asked but they both spoke Spanish to me!
Honestly, it makes a huge difference when someone tries to speak your language.
