34 mile round trip to buy zinisser paint at Norwich branch. Checked beforehand on website, said it was stocked. None in store, hopeless staff. Didn't have a clue.
Don't get me started on the so called expree check out, yet to get through without it saying assistance required. A complete joke calling it express. They should just open more tills and scrap the damn thing.
