Bought and had installed 3 Cooke & Lewi Equinox thermostaic showers. All 3 leaked when off. One from the shower head one from the hand shower and the other from the internals of the monobloc. Quality control seems non existant. These have a 5 year guarantee and yet are faulty out of the box. I now have to pay for the plumbers to remove and box them up for return and the pay again for reinstalling. B&Q you really need to start selling reliable fittings. These add on costs to your customers are totally unacceptable. These are all going back.
