I purchased 2 cabinets from the Huddersfield Store, in stock items, one package was damaged and i was told all was ok and in place .
I got them home and the damaged package contained no fixings or handles.
I reported this and had to go back to the store, i got a bag of fixing and had to order the handles, none in stock. The fixings ended up being the wrong ones and I reported this.
B & Q are sorry for my inconveniece - really - 2 trips from M/c to Huddersfield and 5 phone calls
I am not a happy customer - service is rubbish
