Purchased a cooke and lewis kitchen in August and was told that some of the items were out of stock but ww woud be able to order them when they came back in the store. We proceeded to have the rest of the kitchen fitted and was just waiting for two dresser door packs to come back in stock. each week i checked the web site and went into the store and was told to keep checking. i contacted customer services and had endless emails saying they would be back in stock soon. I have been told now that they have been discontinued and as I didn't purchase them with my original kitchen in august they are not legally responsible. However if I had been told in august that there may have been a problem then I would have purchased an entirely different kitchen. So now I'm stuck with a half completed kitchen and B n Q stated they don't have any alternative doors to fit the dresser door pack. Absolutely appalling customer service, with staff that deliberately deceive customers and have a couldn't care less attitude once they have your money. And to add insult to injury three of the stores in our local area all displaying the dresser doors in their kitchen showrooms, but we have been told we can't purchase display items. I ask why are they displaying items that are discontinued.?? Absolutely fuming !
