Do the words ‘customer service’ exist in this company?
In Belfast I asked for help with a Xmas tree, a grunt was received from one staff member, not sure what she actually said. God forbid everyone eye contact should be met !
After 10 mins and another enquiry a nice gentleman came to help
B & Q, get your act together and train your staff properly or else get new staff!!!
