I recently had a delivery from the new bnq Inverness delivery team Colin and John fantastic service from start to finish Colin kept us well informed from the morning call onwards he was very polite and has great customer skills.. upon arrival colin and John were very helpful and chatty putting my wife at ease she struggles with new people Colin took the time to ask about her gardening which my wife thought was very kind.. John and Colin stayed and talked about the product and answerd all my question in great detail and I had a few. Fantastic service from both if I could give more than 5*s I would well done lads!
