B&Q are the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to work with!
My parents who are both elderly & unwell have been subjected to a 2 year nightmare that includes us having to take them to the Furniture Ombudsman, winning the case in late 2018 & we still have not got the matter resolved in April 2019.
Avoid B&Q like the plague!!!
