Had ordered a rug from b&q which constantly shed to the extend it was almost bare in parts ,contacted customer services who were absolutely brilliant,no problems at all,sent in some pictures and within a week I had received another rug which has been great ,well done b&q on your wonderful after-sales care couldn’t have asked for better would high recommend
