I will not be buying from b&q again. The cs I received was shocking.
They do not reserve stock for you.
Ordered tiles 3 months before and they were never reserved for me.
They did not even call me. I had to do the chasing as my delivery did not turn up.
Did not reserve shower tray or backing board but happy to take my money.
Their customer service is not great.
Do not accept gift cards because they will not give you compensation.
I would recommend using another supplier and wish I did. They do not look after their customers.
