I am very disappointed with the inflexibility of delivery days/times by PJH (the delivery company used by B&Q). I purchased a screen for my bath on 16th May. It is looking like my item will finally be delivered 'three weeks' (!) after I ordered it.
Choice of delivery day has been limited and time slots for the delivery day are confirmed at too short notice (and are very wide).
I am very disappointed in B&Q delivery management. Shocking.
