Great service at Havant B&Q, nice friendly staff and a lovely cafe.
The only thing that ruins it for me is the parking. The inconsiderate parking is by B&Q staff who park over two spaces, this shows a district lack of self discipline and is a poor reflection on the company. This morning there was three ‘staff’ cars incorrectly parked, two by the smoking area and one near the entrance to the main car park.
Perhaps you need to display car parking rules or teach your staff how to park and be more considerate to customers.
