B&Q Kitchens are shockingly bad
My parents purchased a kitchen from B&Q over 2 years ago it has been a nightmare ever since. They not only experienced an unacceptable amount of issues with the installation but the pain that we have all had to go through with their customer services department was unbelievable.
We ended up taking them to the Furniture Ombudsman a year ago & we still have not got of the issues resolved
We strongly advise everyone to avoid them
