Customer service telephone service is APPALLING, totally ABYSMAL.
After sat waiting 45 minutes for someone to answer and then get fobbed off to be told 'Donna will ring you back' and then I just get an email NOT SORTING MY PROBLEM OUT.
I feel like never buying via B n Q EVER again.
Go to Wicks or other DIY retailers is my advice.
DON'T GO NEAR B n Q
