bought an external £499 Romero door from B&Q - what a load of rubbish!! within two weeks started to crack and swell making it impossible to open and close.
I sent a letter of complaint to the Cowbridge Road west , Cardiff store 3 weeks ago - as yet the manager has not responded.
Terrible after sales service.
