I went to the DERBY STORE to buy plasterboard. Mon 3 Feb mid afternoon so not overly busy but no trolleys available that would carry large plasterboard sheets.
Customer service were useless, the manager couldn't be bothered to come out of her/his hidy hole.
Why were no trolleys available? Because they were using them to display special offers.
Having waited 10 minutes I gave up and unloaded a special offer trolley onto the floor and used it to buy plasterboard.
What a dreadful shop
