Ordered a kitchen given a date then started receiving texts saying a date when I would arrive and I was working away so drove 60 miles back to accept deliver and it didn't turn up so wasted a full day and had to drive 60 miles back to work on a Sunday to Finnish the job when the kitchen was finally delivered I had a few items missing,made a phone call or two at premium rate told them what was missing and haven't heard anything back!
Howdens is far more professional
