Online promise to 'Click and Collect' within 24hours. We ordered our goods and B & Q failed to have the items. With only 20min trading time remaining, we can now expect our items to be ready to collect tomorrow...... a total of 48 hours later and that's if they keep that promise which I very much doubt.
