I made an order with B &Q and arranged pickup under the Click and Collect system. I am in self isolation (high risk) and at a later date requested to change to home delivery. The service I received was first class from start to finish. Mark who dealt with my request (in store) and the deliveryman Steve, both had a lovely friendly, professional manner. Steve respected the social distancing rule during the delivery. I would highly recommend
