Ordered on sunday
Got email on Monday night saying it was ready
Went to collect on Tuesday told that I needed 2 confirmation emails???
Returned Wednesday morning collected only 2 of the three items I ordered and when I got home one of the two was wrong
Thankfully I only spent £27 quid so not the end of the world can’t be bothered to try to return and no sign of refund for missing item
If you can’t operate a proper click and collect service then don’t bother and stop taking people’s money
