I went into the peterborough store just to look at the floor tiles and a very helpful young lady called Juliane assisted me, I have got to say she was very pleasant and helpful, when I asked questions she seemed very knowledgable and I have got to say that this day and age customer service is very important so for someone so young she could teach the older ones a thing or too about how to treat a customer, thanks for all your help Juliane you went above and beyond with your customer service.
