Placed x2 click and collect orders Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th to collect from the Farnborough branch. On the website, despite the Covid19 situation, B&Q make a big deal of saying items will be ready next day.
Money taken from my account straight away, then receive an email saying to not just turn up to Branch and wait for a call . . well 120 hours later i'm waiting to hear anything. No response on phone, no easy email address to enquire to, no response to messages on Social Media - also seem to be one of the only eCommerce platforms that doesn't let you cancel your orders online
