Waited 1.5 hours to get to get onto b&q web site at 8.30pm . ( was given 4 hour wait time mid afternoon to get on site) Utter shambles when on site, could not order second product ,kept returning me to original page then when finally at check out with one product could not check out as would not register postcode & returned me to start several times. Amateur effort it appears from Big name company . fully understand these are difficult times but b&q should either step up with web site or give up , in present circumstances. Suggest folks don’t even waste time or nervous energy on it.
