Can some up in one word really..Abysmal. Ordered some timber for click and collect on 08 Apr 2020 at 0750 hrs, instructed by B&Q that order would be available for collect by 1pm the following day or within 24hrs. It is now Sat 11 Apr 2020, still no message,email.txt whatsoever from B&Q, cannot even go into my acct. It really is unforgivable the way B&Q are treating their customers in this day and age with internet ordering etc. B&Q should have shut down their ordering system till it caght up with existing orders instead of taking peoples money and promising a service to which they cannot provide. They may well be sitting laughing having all that money coming into them and not supplying the service..but this episode will come back to haunt them I am sure.
