I placed an order and had an email to say collection on Saturday. Waited all day for phone call and nothing received, so went to the store 30 minutes before close only to be told there is a 72 hr backlog by a member of staff. Why don’t they tell you when you place the order. What a terrible service. My advice, go to Wickes.
