You A-HOLES! I was in the 'VIRTUAL'' air for AT LEAST 1hr & 30 mins & that's WITHOUT the air being 'PAUSED!' for AT LEAST 45 mins! Why was it paused? I understand you want to do 'essential' work from 18:00 but at least let those on your site continue shopping BEFORE you throw them off!!! I would have been LONG FINISHED by 6pm of the air I was in hadn't paused for so long I got to the 'virtual shop door' when it stated 'less than 1 minute to get on the site' when it chucked me off! What a waste of my time you morons! Let your customers at least finish what they are doing, RUDE & IGNORANT! DON'T WASTE MY TIME!
