Like so many, waited for an age in the virtual queue. Items I wanted to order were noted as in stock but when I went to check out was informed none of my order was available for "Click and Collect". Same for two other B&Q stores within reasonable distance to me. So, if not available for click and collect, you are not doing delivery and your stores are closed........
Not impressed.
