Placed an order 4 days ago and still sat waiting for the email to say it’s ready to collect - went to the store to explain I had no running water at all only to be told nothing they could do and I had to wait for the email?
Went so Screwfix picked it up within minutes of ordering but no way to cancel my order?
Appalling service! Come on B&Q sort it out or you will loose customers as you own Screwfix then you would think the model would be the same ??
