Online queuing.........Ridiculous.
Queuing outside store to make sure no more shoppers 'then is safe' can enter at any one time is fine and understandable.
Online queuing...Totally over the top... Ebay and Amazon have miles more foot traffic per hour...and do NOT have queuing systems. When you do get into the BQ site. It is accept our cookies or your not coming in!!!
If you want people to buy elsewhere...JUST SAY SO.
