Waited 4 days from date of order only to be told it would be a further 5 days before the TEam would be able to pick my order. - requested refund. attempted to reorder through my local branch. after a 50 minute wait selected the products required - at the checkout was told that items were out of stock at my local branch, then was kicked out of the website, which gladly told me that i had a further hours wait to get back on the website.
I will not use B&Q Again. Completely Garbage.
