I ordered something 3 weeks ago. I have had 3 emails telling me my order is ready to collect. it took them 2 weeks to adjust the email to say that you needed to wait for the store to call you first!
the staff at my local Band Q are wonderful. The management should all hang their heads in shame at the appalling way they rolled out a system that was far from ready.
I am now trying to get my money back.................You cannot email them, the phone goes dead .Do not buy from these stores until you can go in again. It's a complete waste of time
