B&Q Motherwell, dealt with a guy called Ricky. I was in the store myself looking for numerous items for decorating my first home alone. I had no clue what I needed just a very vague list. Ricky was a great help and ensured I had everything I needed with no hard sales pitch very friendly and pointed out items he has used himself which were good quality but at more reasonable prices.
