I brought my 92 year old Mother to your store on the Belgard Road on Sunday last as she was looking for some summer plants. I asked the lady at the door could i go in with her?
she told me that i could take my mother into the store but i would have to come out and join the Q!!! Needlesstosay, i didn't do as she suggested - instead we went to Woodies where the man at the door was much more polite and let us in without queuing!!!! It will be a long time again before i give my business to B&Q.
