I was served by a lovely lady called Michelle at B&Q Parkhead, Glasgow. I,m painting my caravan, and on Tuesday She helped me pick out shade cards to show my wife at home. On Wednesday we returned to the store, and Michelle mixed the paint we had chosen. She was very patient (despite having a queue waiting), kind and helpful. Lovely customer service.
