Called into my local B&Q in Merthyr Tydfil Thursday evening. Picked up some self-leveling floor compound, and a few other related things, I planed on a spot of DIY at weekend.
When I reached the checkout I was told that the self-leveling floor compound was not for sale unless I had a trade card. Went down the road to Wickes, bought everything I needed, no problem.
Will never waste time at this store again.
