We visited the Halifax store, met a wonderful helpful sales assistant called Steve. He was really helpful and went above and beyond his remit. Picked up and took 16 paving stones to our car, put them in the car and it was a pleasure to have met him. Fantastic service Steve, many thanks for your help and your customer support was brilliant.
