I am a woman trade person however every time I go into B&Q I get ignored by male staff who seem to rather help male customers. I was in the cortonwood branch the other day where staff
ignored me throughout my purchase to talk over my shoulder to help a male customer even to the point of running over to him as my receipt hadn't even printed out. It's pure discrimination and chauvinism.
