Staff at Portsmouth branch totally unhelpful and to be honest obviously not bothered one way or the other to help customers. Some serious staff training needed. Although you would think common courtesy would be a basic. Made to feel like you’re a nuisance for asking a simple question, which no one knows how to answer anyway. Very much ( computer says no ) attitude.
Really need to up their game.
Certainly has put me off ever visiting this store again .
