I came to B&M Leytonstone for the second time only to find that their lift was again not working. I went their a few weeks ago and it was the same thing. What's the point of having a lift for customers that doesn't work. I suffer with arthritis and cannot walk up stairs, I had to leave without purchasing what I came for after driving 10 miles, what a big disappointment.
