“I had a very bad experience with your staff in Dunstable. Iwanted to buy a bottle of proseco, among others, at check out the lady was very racist, she heard us speaking in another language she looked at us very ugly, she asked me for my ID, how come I didn't have it had with me I asked my husband to pay with his card and show her his id. She didn't want to serve us and started talking about minors, neither I nor my husband are minors, I also had my son with us, I am a mother, I am over 22 years old. The lady was very racist. The staff behaved very badly. Sorry but I will never buy from that store again.”
“I came to B&M Leytonstone for the second time only to find that their lift was again not working. I went their a few weeks ago and it was the same thing. What's the point of having a lift for customers that doesn't work. I suffer with arthritis and cannot walk up stairs, I had to leave without purchasing what I came for after driving 10 miles, what a big disappointment.”
