The lack of professionalism, indifference towards customers, and failure to address concerns adequately highlight significant shortcomings within their operations. As a consumer, I expected better and will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future.”
“I had a very bad experience with your staff in Dunstable. Iwanted to buy a bottle of proseco, among others, at check out the lady was very racist, she heard us speaking in another language she looked at us very ugly, she asked me for my ID, how come I didn't have it had with me I asked my husband to pay with his card and show her his id. She didn't want to serve us and started talking about minors, neither I nor my husband are minors, I also had my son with us, I am a mother, I am over 22 years old. The lady was very racist. The staff behaved very badly. Sorry but I will never buy from that store again.”
