“I came to B&M Leytonstone for the second time only to find that their lift was again not working. I went their a few weeks ago and it was the same thing. What's the point of having a lift for customers that doesn't work. I suffer with arthritis and cannot walk up stairs, I had to leave without purchasing what I came for after driving 10 miles, what a big disappointment.”
“Staff at the tills never say hello,every time I pay there I say hello just to be completely ignored! Even today I said hello twice to woman on till and no response... I find it really strange,have your staff have some issues? I am really not interested in shopping in your store anymore. Store I am talking about is the one in Leytonstone. Shocking.”
