I had surgeries many years agoo and a lot of my small intestine was taken out so I don't get B vitamins from the foods I eat. I can't do pills because that's still not going to be absorbed, so I thought I'd give the B12 shots a try. I'm still getting built up, but can most definately feel the difference these shots are making in my life. I'm a forever customer...... Thanks SO much, and God bless you guys!!
