John, I am sorry to hear about your difficulty figuring out the injector. I do remember responding to this one specifically and including a video explainer. Perhaps our response went to spam, but we offered to walk you through the injector and replace twice as many shots as you lost. I can't do pills because that's still not going to be absorbed, so I thought I'd give the B12 shots a try. I have not had urine discoloration and I have not felt an energy boost, so it makes me wonder, but I most likely need to give it more time. The only issue I had was there was notification that medicine shipped, my account portal showed it had not shipped and when I sent an email to ask for an update nobody replied.”
