“This is a terrible company. Their shots are contaminated. Their shot has caused major damage to my skin. They will not return text, calls or emails. I am seeking legal action”

“I have a medical emergency with the injection site and called, emailed and called again multiple times after seeking medical attention as directed and B12Rx team has yet to return my calls or emails to answer questions regarding the injection site reaction。 Questions of my physician have gone unanswered or been given any attention as to has B12Rx.com seen this type of reaction before and what could be the possible cause so I can be professionally treated for the serious reaction that has burned my skin severely and caused flesh deterioration。 I do not recommend B12Rx.com as they do not respond even to a Medical Emergency situation。 It is 3 days after this Urgent situation and B12Rx.com is yet to respond on this situation。”

“Would NOT do business with them ever again. I canceled my order on April 3 2026 and still had my account Debited for the May 11 ,2026 shipment they will not process my cancellation and i had to canceled my cccard to stop them from taking money every month.”

“Instructions for the self injector are very poor. I wasted 2 shots trying to figure it out. Finally found something close on you tube. Finally skipped the injector and did it myself. Really really vague instructions with poor photos”

“I feel like the shots are working. My complaint is with the syringe and needles. Two times now the needle caused me to bruise. I take another shot with a smaller needle and the pharmacy sends way more than I'll ever need so I just put the liquid into that one instead. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.”

“So easy to use and pretty painless Had previously used a doctor’s office to get B12 shots every other week but, doctor has since retired and the nearest new doctor is a good distance away These B12 RX shots are much better I feel less fatigued and the effects of these shots last longer”

“I love the energy the shots give me. I have just taken my 3rd shot and I can definitely notice a difference in energy when I am due for another shot. I am more active than I have been in years. It's also very convenient that the injections are premeasured and the needles are small so I barely feel anything when I take the shot.”

“I have sent 3 requests for help. All ignored. Auto injector doesn’t work. I have wasted 2 injections trying to resolve issue. Customer Service completely ignores requests for help. Do NOT RECOMMEND!”

John, I am sorry to hear about your difficulty figuring out the injector. I do remember responding to this one specifically and including a video explainer. Perhaps our response went to spam, but we offered to walk you through the injector and replace twice as many shots as you lost. “I had surgeries many years agoo and a lot of my small intestine was taken out so I don't get B vitamins from the foods I eat. I can't do pills because that's still not going to be absorbed, so I thought I'd give the B12 shots a try. I'm still getting built up, but can most definately feel the difference these shots are making in my life. I'm a forever customer...... Thanks SO much, and God bless you guys!!”
