“You don't provide proper directions on how to load the automatic injector. The directions provided in the injector itself isn't accurate or easy to follow. The video you have on YouTube is useless because it's not detailed enough.”

“I had a Liver Transplant and a Stroke last year and my anti rejection meds are still taking too much energy out of me! I started 3 weeks ago having a local IV fluid team come out with B12 and it perked me up! Looking into a larger dosage or taking more often. Right now taking about every 5 days.”

“My whole experience with this company and their product has been outstanding. I've been unknowingly B12 deficient my whole life due to Pernicious Anemia. Once diagnosed 3 years ago I started taking B12 injections (cyanocobalamin) but experienced little to no improvement. I am one of the many whose body struggles to convert B12 into its bioactive components. I started with B12rx about a week ago and I already have some noticeable improvements. Recovery is a long process but I now have hope for significant improvements over the next few months and I cannot wait to continue reaping the benefits of this program! Thank you B12rx.”

“While the product is good the customer service is awful. For about three months I’ve requested to cancel my authorship and they either don’t do it or don’t respond at all. So just know that once they have you they will take you for your money. So if you order the product, whatever you do, DO NOT ISE AUTOSHIP!”

“Good experience with order and delivery. Took a little longer than I thought but it was close to the holidays. Still feeling out the actual product. I have done 3 doses. Possibly feeling a little more energetic and sleeping a little better at night. No suppression in appetite or weight loss noted but possibly too early to tell. The administering equipment is easy to use and pretty self explanatory. I love that it comes with everything you need. This could possibly turn into a 5 star rating with time to evaluate the product more thoroughly.”

“I have not noticed any differance yet. I am 2 week in 4 shots. Your delivery was good. I'll finish these and get back to you. I do them every 3 days. I was expecting an instant responce. That is why the 2 stars. Maybe in a couple more weeks. It has been a while. I am doing 2 to 3 shoots a week. I feel no differance. Mybe next month.”

“I am loving the B12 shots, and so easy too!! I used the B12 shots 30-35 years ago and really liked it but it was done old school. I just got so busy with life and taking care of everyone else that it fell to the side. I am so, so happy that it came back to my memery and I checked the internet and found you guys. I am loving it so much I am going to do an upgrade. Can't wait to try the next one as well.”

“It's been about 2 weeks since I started taking the B12-Lipo injections. I've experienced a significant uptick in my energy level and I'm not hungry as often. The big plus is that the shots are painless.”

“No problems at all. Recently first new customer and process went flawless. Couldn’t ask for better response with shipping and everything was received protected in a box and envelope with temperature controlled bag to keep cool. On autoship going forward and will continue to be.”
