“I was very excited to come across the article for this medication, I have been hearing about this type of medication online.
I submitted my order on December 13th with what is advertised as a 2-4 day turnaround for first time patients. After placing my order I received a receipt with the brake down of my ordered items. I had ordered the plan and had the injections per month and the self pain- free injector.
Main issue I’m having is that when I went to use the injector for my very first injection using this pain-free injector injector would not work. I have tried since December 17 when I first received the medicine on the 16th to today December 30 I have somebody replaced for the first 15 days then I got tired of them not dealing with this because I keep sending over 15 emails to them with no response back of what they’re gonna do Now I just wanna refund and I’ve turned it over to my refund to my credit card company now for a chargeback just for the 6999 of the injector but does not work. I’ve work with three individuals Nicolai, Huntley, John each claiming to be a customer support agent between 15th of December 2 today 30 December all I have got is people wanting to know how I like the medication and no resolution to any problem that I’ve had with them. I’ve had people saying that they were waiting to hear back from the department on what they were going to do I’ve had Huntley saying he was going to contact the accounting department and then he never got back to me and then today, John wanted me to review the company, but nobody has got any resolution in hand at all.
I would not recommend this company at least their injectors.
Their medicine might be good. I’ve only taken it for half a month or almost a month of quite yet.
I do like the packaging the way it comes. I have not needed the inspector. That was a waste of money because it was defective right out of the box. It doesn’t come in a box comes in a neat little pouch. But there is two videos out there they will send you the links to those and it comes with two instruction booklets as well”

Wanted to return but was told non refundable. Which is not said prior to ordering. YouTube instructions were not clear on how to use it.”

I want my money back and you can have the product back. Trying to put it together, i popped one of the vials and all liquid came out.
This needle is not like the ones that Ozempic or Monjaro have.
This is horrible and no one is getting back to me for my refund. i will gladly gladly send you this produ ct back.

“If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 Star Review, I would!!!! This is the absolute worst company and customer service experience ever when dealing with either a closed-door pharmacy, specialty mail-order pharmacy or compounding pharmacy. The website looks legit and upstanding, but this is a company that someone cooked up in their garage during the pandemic to make a buck. Two orders for nearly $600 for 10 B12 shots that I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking information for the FedEx service I and my wife paid for on two separate orders across two accounts.
The medication orders were shipped out via USPS Priority Two Day in unmarked, unlabeled, and non-temperature-controlled packaging and then subsequently delivered by the mail carrier to a community mailbox and left for over 12 hours as B12RX did not notify us of the shipment and to be on the lookout. The Post Office Carrier, unaware that the packages contained temperature-sensitive medication over two days, placed the packages in the community mailbox and regularly delivered mail.
Unpon was retrieving the packages from the mailbox. Mind you, we live in the Houston area, where it is currently triple digits over 110 degrees, making the metal community mailbox of over 40 homes a hot box. The 3" x 2" cold pack (NOT DRY ICE) was completely melted and a gooey mess!
I immediately contacted B12RX via phone and got a recording that no one was available. I left a voice mail that evening on 06/06/2024 and received an email response from Huntley, who responded with the following statement, "For storage, the product doesn't need to be refrigerated; we test some injections at random by storing them at room temperature and then testing them each month to see if the active ingredients are still potent. Our testing has shown that the injections hold their potency for up to nine months after they are produced."
However, what Huntley responded was not my concern as I was not asking about storage of the medication upon receiving it in my home. But in truth, I was upset that my and my wife's medication orders were shipped out by a service other than what we paid for and were left in a hot mailbox and are now useless to us because the medication efficacy is now compromised due to exposure to excessive heat when the packaging says store at temperature between 68-77 degrees.
On 06/17/2024, we have yet to receive a phone call or response from either Huntley or another representative regarding a resolution to this matter.
I tried contacting CGS Pharmacy in Maryland, but the company phone numbers are disconnected, and no one has responded to the emails I sent. I tried looking up the pharmacy and found that CGS Pharmacy and B12RX have the EXACT SAME physical address.
Because neither CGS Pharmacy nor B12RX cares about resolving this matter, I have contacted the Maryland State Board of Pharmacy and the DEA for fraudulent and suspicious pharmaceutical online activities and sales.”
