They only sent 1 product and after waiting for another week, I requested them to cancel the product. It has been more than a month, after several emails and messages, I still haven't received the refund. I also tried calling the customer service and when I requested for English speaking, they would hang up on you. Basically, once baby walz takes your money, it will never be returned. Very disappointed, never shopping here again!
